Description

Unlike the familiar two-blade Folding Hunter configuration, the CA14008 uses a single Clip blade, creating a simpler and lighter version of the large Folding Hunter pattern. The long Clip blade provides plenty of cutting edge for outdoor work while its fine point offers good control for more detailed cutting tasks.

The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp® surgical stainless steel and receives a mirror-polished finish. Tru-Sharp® provides a practical combination of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening, making it well suited for a knife that may see regular outdoor use.

Black Curly Oak gives this model much of its character. The naturally occurring grain patterns remain visible through the dark finish, so individual handles can display subtle differences from one knife to another. Smooth wood scales, polished nickel silver bolsters, and traditional nail-nick opening give the knife an understated appearance that lets the wood and classic Folding Hunter profile do the talking.
