The blade is crafted from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, a premium steel valued for its combination of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. The bead-blasted finish complements the camouflage handle while helping reduce glare during use.

Kershaw's SpeedSafe® assisted opening system allows fast one-handed deployment using either the flipper or thumb stud.
