Description

Designed by Ken Onion, the Leek has a slim profile that carries comfortably without sacrificing useful blade length. The modified drop-point blade has a fine tip that works well for detailed cutting, opening packages, cutting cord, and the everyday chores expected from an EDC knife.

The 3-inch blade is made from 14C28N stainless steel, a steel developed with Kershaw that provides a useful combination of edge performance, corrosion resistance, toughness, and ease of sharpening. The black coating carries the dark finish across both the blade and handle for a uniform appearance.

Kershaw's system allows the blade to deploy quickly using the built-in flipper. Once open, the stainless steel frame lock holds the blade securely in position, while the Tip-Lock slider provides additional protection against the blade opening unintentionally while carried.

The reversible pocket clip can be configured for right-handed tip-up or tip-down carry. At only 4 inches closed and approximately 3 ounces, the Leek remains slim and unobtrusive in the pocket despite its all-stainless-steel construction.
