Description

Designed by Ken Onion, the Leek uses a slim modified drop-point blade that combines good slicing performance with a fine tip for detailed cutting. The 3-inch blade is a practical size for opening packages, cutting cord, breaking down boxes, and other everyday tasks.

The blade is made from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel with a bead-blasted finish. This steel provides a useful balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, toughness, and ease of sharpening, making it particularly well suited to an everyday carry knife.

The olive handle is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized to create a durable finish that's permanently bonded to the metal rather than simply applied to its surface. Aluminum also makes this Leek noticeably lighter than the stainless-steel versions without sacrificing the solid feel expected from the design.
